Whitebird Summit is a place where we turn back the clock to a slower pace of life and let loved ones rediscover themselves. Each day begins with our guests and ourselves meeting at the breakfast table, as a family. With a chance to experience rural living, interact with our domestic stock- dogs, cats, horses, mules, goats and chickens and begin your new outdoor adventure.

We are located adjacent to the Nez Perce National Forest and minutes from Hells Canyon. Your a activities are endless! You are minutes from the deepest river gorge in North America, "Hells Canyon". Which offers world class white water rafting and jet boat tours along with breathtaking canyon views. You can retrace the steps of Chief Whitebird and the Nez Perce Indians throughout the area. Take a peek of the remains from the great gold rush that came through this area in the 1860’s.

Explore Idaho as Lewis and Clark did 200 years ago. Ride our horses to the peaks of the Nez Perce national forest and explore the back country. Experience the thrill of the whitewater rapids thru the world class Salmon and Snake rivers. Experience our Saddle n' Paddle packages.

If you are looking for something a little less adventuresome, with alot more peace, quiet and relaxation, explore our wide open spaces on a hike, sightseeing adventure, fishing, hunting, photography or just grab a good book and relax in our indoor pool or on the deck overlooking the canyon.
